| ·从事科学研究领域 |
- 多年来从事极地科学考察与气候变化研究，为我国在该领域取得国际重要地位做出了突出贡献，是我国极区海冰过程与气候变化研究的开拓者之一，组织并主持了多项重大南北极考察活动和科研项目的立项和实施，2005年当选国际南极科学委员会（SCAR）副主席。
