Lin'an Base
Lin'an Scientific and Technological R ＆ D Base of SIO is located in the science and technology city of Qingshan Lake of Lin’an. Its construction area is 30232 m2 with 23232 m2 of ground floor area and 7000 m2 of underground floor area.
After being constructed, the Lin’an Scientific and Technological R ＆ D Base can meet the needs of SIO in different areas, including onservation, analysis and testing of samples, development of marine standard substance as well as reception, storage and processing of marine observation data, which will greatly improve supporting conditions for scientific and research activities of SIO and enhance its ability to do researches and to serve the society, all of which can become the core strength of scientific and technological co-sharing platform for Zhejiang Province to speed its marine economic development.
