Zhoushan Base
Zhoushan Marine Scientific and Technological R＆D Base is located in the southeast part of Changzhi Island with construction area of 47205.The Sea area at the south of the base is equipped with a 5000-tonner wharf and other supporting facilities.
Depending on the geographical advantage of Zhoushan Islands and natural advantage of marine resources and by giving full play to technological and talent strength of SIO, Zhoushan Marine Scientific and Technological R＆D Base will be built into a top-ranking scientific and technological scientific research base integrating deep-sea scientific researches, marine resources exploration and environmental protection as well as technology R＆D and marine scientific researches guarantee.
