On December 2-5, “Ocean Carbon from Space (SatCO2): Joint Science Workshop and Training (II)” was held in Hangzhou. The conference was sponsored by the State Key Laboratory of Satellite Ocean Environment Dynamics (SOED), and co-sponsored by the Key Laboratory of Resources and Environmental Information System of Zhejiang Province (Zhejiang University), the National Marine Environmental Monitoring Center and the State Key Laboratory of Marine Environmental Science (Xiamen University). More than 130 experts, scholars and students from 33 units attended the conference, Dai Minhan, academician from Xiamen University and Prof. Chen-Tung Arthur Chen of National Sun Yat-sen University attended the conference and delivered the invited lecture.
