China-Korea Academic Exchange and Seminar on Stationary Satellite Held in SIO

On June 28, five members of Korea Institute of Ocean Science and Technology (KIOST) including Dr. Ryu, Joo Hyung visited the SOED and conducted academic exchanges and discussions with the Ocean Color Team of the laboratory on the data processing and applied research for the stationary satellite. Over 30 persons such as Professor Chai Fei, director of SOED, Professor Chen Zhendong from National Sun Yat-sen University, a senior visiting Starfish Scholar of the laboratory, Professor P. Shanmugam from Indian Institute of Technology, the researcher He Xianqiang, and the assistant researcher Tao Bang attended the seminar.
