On March 26, the kick-off meeting for Phase II of the “Study on Monitoring and Forecasting of Ocean Environment Dynamics” Fund Project (for innovation research groups) undertaken by the State Key Laboratory of Satellite Ocean Environment Dynamics and in the charge of the academician Chen Dake was convened. Mu Mu, an academician from Fudan University, the academicians Su Jilan and Pan Delu, and the researcher Chai Fei from our institute, backbone members in charge of the subjects, young scientists and students attended the meeting.
