Starfish Open Course from State Key Laboratory of Satellite Ocean Environment Dynamics (SOED)-“Ocean

Recently, SOED initiated its 2021 starfish open course with theme of ocean mesoscale vortex detection and analysis and vortex dynamics for the second time. Dong Changming, Professor of Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology and Deputy Dean of School of Marine Sciences, was invited to give lectures, attracting more than 70 trainees from 18 universities and research institutes across the country to participate in the course.
